Return & Exchange at Rahma Medical Supplies
• Returns and exchanges include all items except (sensitive medical products such as breathing apparatus, glucose devices, blood pressure devices, sputum suction devices, toilet chairs, medical beds, medical chairs – and personal items such as medical corsets, undershirts, bedspreads and medical pillows), unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and sealed in the original packaging.
• Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered acknowledgment by the customer that the carton is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened before receipt.
• You can return or exchange the product within 7 days from the invoice date at our branch in Riyadh, or via the nearest shipping company branch if you cannot visit the store.
• After receiving the product, it will be inspected by specialized technicians. A replacement product will be shipped, or the amount refunded within no less than 14 working days.
• If a replacement product is not available, the amount of the product will be refunded to the customer.
• In case of a malfunction after use, the customer must check with the authorized agent of the product for maintenance.
• If there is no defect in the product and the customer wishes to return or exchange it, the customer will bear the shipping costs and payment fees.
• Return or exchange due to unwillingness to use the product will also require the customer to bear the shipping costs and payment fees.
