Rahma Medical Supplies Returns and Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges are accepted for all items except (sensitive medical products such as: respiratory devices, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, phlegm suction devices, medical chairs, commode chairs, and medical beds – and personal products such as: medical compression garments, undershirts, medical mattresses, and pillows), unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
• Receiving the shipment from the shipping company constitutes the customer's acknowledgment that the carton is intact, in good condition, and unopened prior to receipt.
• You can return or exchange the product within 7 days of the invoice date through our branch in Riyadh, or through the nearest branch of the shipping company if you are unable to visit our branch.
• After we receive the product, it will be inspected by specialized technicians, and a replacement product will be shipped or the customer will receive a refund within a minimum of 14 business days.
• If a replacement product is unavailable, the customer will receive a full refund.
• In case of a malfunction after use, please contact the product's authorized service center for maintenance. He has it.
• If the product is not defective and the customer wishes to exchange or return it, the customer will be charged for shipping and payment fees.
• For returns or exchanges due to unwillingness to use the product, the customer will be charged for shipping and payment fees.
